Steel: forged cu-mai steel with Vtoku2 core.
Five layers steel, the core is made of hard high carbon steel, and the cladding is softer stainless steel. In between there is a copper layer.
The core layer is not stainless
Finish: Kurouchi ( brut de forge). Hand sanded bevels Acid etched
The ergonomic sculpted handles is made from Guaycan wood and brass.
