Return & Refund Policy
1. No Returns for Change of Mind
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are not damaged, such as changes of mind, wrong size ordered, or personal preference. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within of delivery at isalknives@gmail.com with your order number and photos/videos showing the damage.
3. Shipping Costs for Damaged Items
  • Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning damaged items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Exceptions
Items damaged due to client mishandling or improper opening of the package will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
5. Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement or refund.
If approved, a replacement will be sent, or a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
